Over the last 25 years, he has written hundreds of white papers and widely published articles on best practices for white papers. He actively seeks difficult writing challenges that most other writers avoid. His firm is widely recognized for providing high quality content marketing services, on time, and within budget – for over 30 years.

Steve’s recently released “Mother of All White Papers: Content Marketing to the Federal Government” summarizes leading practices for business-to-government (B2G) content marketing using white papers. Under Steve’s leadership, Hoffman Marketing helps contractors enhance their content marketing activities to the Federal Government. Hoffman’s writers have developed white papers and other content marketing materials for clients in a broad array of often technically complex subject areas. These include data breaches and other cyber security topics, healthcare information technology, regulatory compliance, big data storage and management, the electric power industry, computer networking, and many more. Steve is a member of the rare breed of engineers who can write; he brings his highly technical background (two engineering degrees from Stanford and three engineering jobs) to bear on each engagement.

Mona Singleton is a government contracting consultant/writer who understands how the Federal Government works and she knows how to communicate in government’s language. In her federal career, she served 28 years in progressively increasing roles in information technology and program management with the U.S. Geological Survey, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Surface Mining (OSM), Office of the Secretary, U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). For government contractors, Mona has written content for government proposals, capability statements, contractor status reports, websites, systems administration/technical IT manuals, LinkedIn posts, newspaper articles, workshop materials, and more. A veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Mona is a certified government market master, certified corporate business coach and certified project management professional (PMP). She is based in the Washington, D.C. area.
