A White Paper that Federal IT Professionals Want to Read

Hoffman helped an information technology (IT) company better “connect” with its federal government clients by crafting a compelling, solution rich narrative in a white paper. Dynamic Computer Corporation (Dynamic) is a long-time provider of IT asset management solutions to the federal government. Dynamic understands the daunting challenges federal agencies face with modernizing federal IT infrastructure, while decreasing IT spending. Hence, Dynamic engaged Hoffman to help them share with the government their expert perspective on IT hardware solutions.

A White Paper with Valuable, Government-Centric Content

Hoffman wrote a white paper (see below) that clearly articulates Dynamic’s understanding of the IT challenges that federal agencies struggle to address. The white paper sets a clear context and empathizes with the government reader. (We get your problem!)  The paper describes and compares three leading practices for tackling long standing government IT issues. Dynamic’s white paper offers much useful information that educates and informs, rather than marketing products and solutions.  Government buyers crave information of this sort to aid in IT decision making. At the end of the paper, Dynamic’s solution is summarized in a factual way.

Dynamic Plans for the White Paper

Dynamic plans to post the paper on its corporate web site and on LinkedIn.  The company also intends to distribute the paper to the Federal Chief Information Officers (CIO) Council – the central hub for Federal IT – as well other federal agencies for comment and feedback. Established in 1979, Dynamic Computer Corporation of Farmington Hills, MI, is an SBA-certified small disadvantaged business and an SBA-certified woman-owned small business. Dynamic is a prime contractor under SEWP V, provides services through SeaPort-e, and has a GSA contract under Schedule 70.

“Hoffman understands IT challenges and solutions. What’s more, they have a real feel for how to communicate with the federal government. I’m confident the white paper they produced is going to open doors for us.”
