Deploy and Monitor

Deploy Next, Tata Communications begins deployment of the new network—from premises equipment and last-mile hook-up to global connectivity. After installation, each node and connection is tested. In consultation with customer personnel, Tata Communications conducts network fine-tuning throughout the design and deployment.

Monitor

Once the network is up and running, Tata Communications performs periodic network reviews on a half-yearly basis to ensure the network behavior is in line with the customer’s changing business dynamics. Based on the usage statistics gathered by real-time portal reporting, services can then be dynamically adjusted to meet the varying business dynamics of the organisation and hence the ELA. Any modification in the network, user experience, and user group are carried out with mutual consent.
